Soldering Tin Typical Chemical Composition:
  • Lead (Pb): 55%
  • Tin (Sn): 45%

 

Typical Mechanical Properties:

  • Tensile Strength: 37-41 MPa
  • Elongation: 25-35%
  • Modulus of Elasticity: 23.7-26.9 GPa
  • Shear Strength: 32-36 MPa

 

Applications:

  • Soldering

 

Zinc Anode Typical Chemical Composition:

  • Iron (Fe): 0.005 max %
  • Cadmium (Cd): 0.025~0.07%
  • Copper (Cu): 0.005 max %
  • Aluminium (Al): 0.10~0.50%
  • Lead (Pb): 0.006 max %
  • Others: 0.10 max %
  • Zinc (Zn): remainder

 

Applications:

  • Sacrificial Protection.
  • To protect submerged or buried metal structures from corrosion.
